IT Network was established in 1997 and is headquartered in Redmond, WA. Our goal is to provide expertise and personnel that meet and exceed the demands and challenges of this ever-evolving information technology marketplace. IT Network’s mission is to help our clients locate and manage their technical workforce, but not just by providing talent. We also seek to act as a strategic and trusted partner.

We have a diverse client base in a variety of industries, from heavy industrial facilities to software development and medical equipment.

Our Recruiting Team

IT Network’s dedicated staff of technical recruiters makes our company particularly well qualified to suit your needs. Our size allows us to respond quickly and flexibly to our clients’ needs while avoiding the bureaucratic gridlock of larger organizations. In addition to our permanent office staff, we work with several consultants that keep us current on hiring trends and needs outside of our area.

Sally Kernan is IT Network’s President and Sr. Technical Recruiter. Ms. Kernan began her recruiting career in 1979 with one of the largest contract-engineering firms in Seattle. She worked as the NW regional manager of a major technical recruiting firm in Bellevue for ten years before launching IT Network in 1997. Sally is responsible for contract analysis, negotiation and administration of employee salary and client fee schedules. She also maintains the company’s ethical employment practices and HR legal compliance. Our team stays current with industry trends and labor laws by active participation in industry organizations.

Peggy Hausmann has over twenty years of staffing and recruiting experience for both contract and direct hire. She’s spent the last four years with IT Network as a full-cycle Sr. Technical Recruiter. Peggy has an uncanny ability to combine traditional recruiting methods with a talent for reading people. Her duties include on-going account management and administration. Ms. Hausmann maintains contacts with our clients and contract employees. She’s also active in the recruitment of new employees.

Brian Kernan, our Legal Counsel and Labor Law compliance officer, first joined our team as a technical recruiter in 2010, and has since been an extremely valuable resource to our recruiting operations.  During his time as a recruiter with IT Network Brian utilized his charismatic networking skills to fill difficult positions and create trustworthy relationships with clients. Now with his law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School Brian is once again a proud member of our team.

Paul Ernst manages IT Network’s accounting and payroll services. He handles time sheet records and billing. Our contractors can thank Paul for their pay checks always being delivered on time and for being accessible whenever payroll issues arise on either end. He holds an accounting degree from Oregon State University.
