How IT Network Works For You
It’s no secret that today’s job market is more competitive than ever. Gone are the days of lifelong employment at one company. Our recruiters seek to help our candidates adapt to changes in the job market and excel. IT Network recruiters help our candidates find work in their field by acting as their adviser. We know what our client’s hiring managers are looking for because we’ve worked with them for years.
We offer career advice, resume enhancement and editing, interview tips, and insider knowledge about trends in the job market. Choosing to work with an IT Network recruiter gives you access to our diverse range of clients. Our contracts range from 30 days to open-ended contracts lasting several years.
Screening Process
IT Network’s process starts with you applying to one of our open positions or getting in touch with one of our recruiters. There will be an initial screening call, in which we’ll assess your compatibility with the position based on skill sets, current work status, and requirements (both professional and personal).
If you pass our initial screen, we’ll submit you to our client and discuss your merits with the hiring manager (giving you the inside edge). Afer this, we’ll begin the process of checking your references (three or more).
If you pass the hiring manager, then we’ll set up an interview either in person or over the phone. Before your interview, we’ll provide any additional information about the job or company that may be helpful in helping you have a successful interview. You may be called in for a second interview depending on the number of candidates being reviewed for the position.
If an offer of employment is made, it is your responsibility to inform us whether or not you choose to accept the contract within 48 hours. If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll have to move on to other candidates. If you choose to accept, then we’ll set up a meeting to discuss the terms of your contract.
